how to use

Drop as many times as necessary (about 3 to 10 drops at a time) under the tongue and warm it in your mouth for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing. For first-time users, we recommend starting with 10 to 15 mg per day.

The general method of ingestion is under the tongue ( dripped on the back of the tongue ) , but it is also possible to put it in a drink, drip it on a spoon, or use it on the skin. 

Recommended use

Contains 250 drops per 10ml. About 2.7mg of CBD per drop. If you take it twice a day, morning and evening, the effect will last all day long. When applying to the skin, apply 1 drop well.
