Doi Chang means [Elephant Mountain] in Thai and is one of the highest mountains in Thailand. Until about 50 years ago, Doi Chan Village was known as the 'Golden Triangle', where prohibited drugs were grown. About Mexican Decaf

97% of the caffeine is removed by water extraction method from JAS organically certified Mexican pesticide-free green coffee beans. For extraction, we use natural water from Orizaba, Mexico's largest mountain at an altitude of 5500m. It's a coffee that doesn't use chemicals and is friendly to the environment and the body.

It is a decaf coffee with a mild and well-balanced taste that retains the coffee-likeness that is hard to believe that it is decaffeinated.
